I got the haircut on Saturday. Unfortunately, I didn't take a real picture, and I haven't been able to duplicate how my hair looked on Saturday, so you're stuck with a blurry picture from my phone.
It's rather unfortunate that I haven't been able to duplicate this. I absolutely LOVED what the stylist did. But if I can't get it to look like that at home, we have a problem.
The stylist used an entirely new method called Deva Curl, which (surprise, surprise) is designed specifically for curly hair. She used all organic, all-natural shampoo and conditioner to obtain my "natural" curl. :)
Updates will continue as I try to make my hair look like this...
